Dr. Leah Parlow

Leah completed her undergraduate degree and veterinary medicine degree at the University of Guelph.

After graduation, she moved back to her hometown to work at a busy small animal general practice in Kingston. She has recently moved to Barrie and joined Alcona Animal Hospital.

Leah’s special interests include geriatric care, pain management, and reducing fear and anxiety in our patients.

In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her dogs, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. She is looking forward to being part of the team and providing the best care possible to ensure your fur babies live long and healthy lives!
