Amber

Amber was a Co-op student at Alcona Animal Hospital in 2013 and is now working as one of our Veterinary Assistants. She is thrilled to be back working with us!

You can find Amber at reception or helping out with patients in the treatment area. Her favourite part of her job is preparing patients for surgery and monitoring them while they recover from anesthesia.

Amber and her family share their home with two dogs; Malakai and Gizmo. They also have three cats; Charlie, Theo, and her most recent rescue, Oliver. In her spare time she loves to be outside with her dogs and watching her boyfriend Sean play hockey.

Amber feels very honoured to be starting her career along such caring and passionate individuals and we are lucky to have her!
